“PULSE OF THE SOUL”を主題に掲げる新たなHOUSEパーティーPULSOULがローンチ。 身体だけでなく魂の躍動を感じられるような、エモーショナルでダンサブルなサウンドに彩られる時間を提供する。ローンチとなる今回は、NYCで活躍する若手注目DJのHarry Fletcher、函館のHOUSEシーンを牽引するDJ MOGI、東京でNYC系のHOUSEをストイックに追い求めるnayaの3名が、日本でも屈指の良音環境である高崎WOALにて音を紡ぐ。 新旧問わず素晴らしい音を奏でる3人のセッションを、ぜひフロアで体感してほしい。

PULSOUL, a new House music party, is set to launch with the theme “PULSE OF THE SOUL.” We promise an emotionally resonant and highly danceable experience, providing a time filled with sounds that stir not just the body, but the very soul. For its inaugural event, PULSOUL brings together three exceptional DJs: Harry Fletcher, a rising star from NYC, DJ MOGI, a driving force in Hakodate’s House scene, and naya, a Tokyo-based DJ dedicated to NYC-style House. They will be spinning tracks at Takasaki WOAL, renowned as one of Japan’s best sound environments. We invite you to come and experience the incredible session spun by these three artists, delivering amazing sounds both new and old, right on the dance floor.

NYCを拠点に活動する建築デザイナーでありDJ。胎児の頃からHOUSEミュージックに囲まれていたという逸話の通り、幼い頃から両親と共にパーティーシーンに溶け込み続けてきた。中でもTimmy Regisford主宰のSHELTERコミュニティから多大な影響を受けた彼は、古き良きサウンドと現代的なサウンドを融合させ、時代を越えた音をキュレーションしている。ClubHouse JamboreeやJAMAICAN FRENZYなどの大型フェスからNowadaysやRazor-N-Tape Shopなどで行われるローカルパーティーなど幅広い活躍を見せており、今後注目すべきNYCの若手DJの一人である。今回が初来日で日本では初のGIGとなる。

Based in NYC, Harry Fletcher III is an architectural designer and DJ whose journey with House music began, quite literally, in utero. As the story goes, he was immersed in the party scene from a young age, thanks to his parents. He was profoundly influenced by the SHELTER community, led by Timmy Regisford, which shaped his distinctive approach to blending timeless sounds with contemporary influences, curating music that transcends eras. Harry has showcased his talents at a diverse range of events, from large-scale festivals like ClubHouse Jamboree and JAMAICAN FRENZY to local parties at venues such as Nowadays and the Razor-N-Tape Shop. He’s definitely one of NYC’s up-and-coming DJs to watch. This will be his first visit to Japan and his debut gig here.

Timmy RegisfordのKiss FMやWBLSなどのラジオショーから影響を受け90年代後半よりDJを始める。2002年に地元函館にオープンしたDress(現Club Cocoa)にて箱専属のレジデントDJとして抜擢され本格的にDJとしてのキャリアをスタートさせる。函館のシーンの中心として20年以上活動し、Timmy RegisfordやDanny Krivitらを招聘し共演を果たした。また、Instagramでは新旧問わず幅広いレコードのコレクションを投稿しており、世界中のDJやレコードマニア達から注目を集めている。近年では東京・大阪などの国内主要都市でのプレイに加え、香港・韓国・NYCなど海外でのプレイも行っている。

DJ MOGI began DJing in the late 90s, influenced by Timmy Regisford’s radio shows on Kiss FM and WBLS. In 2002, he was selected as the exclusive resident DJ at Dress (now Club Cocoa), a club that opened in his hometown of Hakodate, marking the true start of his professional DJ career. For over 20 years, he has been at the heart of the Hakodate scene, inviting and performing alongside legends such as Timmy Regisford and Danny Krivit. His Instagram, where he shares his extensive collection of both new and old records, has garnered significant attention from DJs and record enthusiasts worldwide. In recent years, in addition to playing in major Japanese cities like Tokyo and Osaka, he has also performed internationally in Hong Kong, Korea, and NYC.

2000年頃からHOUSEダンスを始め、その後2009年からDJを始める。SOULFUL,DEEP,AFROなどHOUSE全般を主軸とし、踊りやすさと気持ち良さに重きを置いた選曲で都内を中心に活動。2022年からはNYCのHOUSEシーンにフォーカスを当てたパーティーGUIDANCEのオーガナイズに参画。近年では、Ian Fridayが主催するLibation LiveへのゲストDJ参加や国内外ローカルFMへのMIX提供、海外のアンダーグラウンドシーンで活躍しているDJ達の招致など、活動の場を広げている。また、Digital DiggerとしてコアなHOUSEフリークスから認知されつつあり、Bandcampのコレクションは世界中からフォローされている。

naya began House dancing around 2000 and started DJing in 2009. Focusing primarily on Soulful, Deep, and Afro House, he performs mainly in Tokyo, with selections emphasizing danceability and pure good vibes. Since 2022, he has been involved in organizing GUIDANCE a party focused on the NYC House scene. In recent years, his activities have expanded to include guest DJ appearances at Ian Friday’s Libation Live providing mixes for local and international FM stations, and inviting international underground DJs to play in Japan. He is also gaining recognition among core House fanatics as a Digital Digger with his Bandcamp collection followed by people worldwide.
